Welcome to Global Inspection Solutions
Global Inspection Solutions offers 3D scanning and inspection services to help you work with your parts in the digital world. We use a custom built, automated white-light scanner to quickly capture your components in 3D with exceptional detail. The process is completely non-contact, and safe for soft and delicate items. Our unique process also allows us to capture photographic surface texture during the scan and apply it to the 3D surface, for photorealistic 3D models that can be used in digital 3D art and animation.

Automated Part Scanning
Our automated scanning machine can quickly capture any part up to 24"x24"x10" with error less than 0.020mm (0.0007in). Typical scan resolution is 0.25mm (.010") between points but we have successfully captured as small as .020mm (.0007") between points.
Onsite Scanning
We also offer onsite scanning services to perform scans at your location. We can accomodate anything up to 2m (80") in a single scan, and we can stitch together multiple scans for larger items. Typical scan resolution at this scale is 1mm (.040 in) between points, although we can make adjustments to fit your needs.
